The Virginia Equine Alliance’s first Off Track Betting Center will be open in Richmond in time for Breeders’ Cup weekend! It is located inside Breakers Sports Grille in the TJ Maxx Shopping Center on West Broad St. between Parham and Gaskins Road. Stay tuned here for opening details in the coming days.
